- Cakes may feel warm or cool to the touch upon arrival, depending on transit temperatures and weather.
- Upon arrival, place cake in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Please note: cakes do not come frosted or iced.

We take great pride in our commitment to ship on time. Our team works diligently to ensure that every order is processed promptly and efficiently.
- We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays.
- If you order is placed on Wednesday after 11am, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
- We use express 2 day shipping. It will take 2 full days for your order to arrive.
- Exclusions: No shipments are made on Thursday, Fridays, weekends, or during public holidays.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on shipping days will be dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
Our cakes are shipped fresh and shrink wrapped, accompanied by a bottle of frosting on the side. Detailed instructions are included to guide you through the frosting process for your cake.
*Cakes do not arrive already frosted.
