For local customers:


• Keep cake refrigerated

• Remove 2 hours prior to serving

• Wrap leftovers and store in refrigerator for up to 5 days

• Freeze up to 4 weeks

Shipping to Our Customers:

Our Bundt cakes are freshly baked upon order, we immediately undergo a flash vacuum-seal freezing process, allowing them a 24-hour resting period. This meticulous step is crucial for locking in the moisture, ensuring each cake maintains its luxurious moistness and quality.

Upon Arrival:

  • Immediately place your cake either in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • In the refrigerator, your cake will remain fresh for up to 2 weeks, while in the freezer, it can be preserved for up to an entire year.


  • Each cake arrives with a special frosting bag and a link to a video on how to frost or glaze your cake.
  • Our cakes are individually shrink-wrapped and elegantly packaged to ensure moisture retention. However, due to the delicate nature of our cakes, some cracking or breakage might occur during transport. Please be assured, this in no way diminishes the flavor or excellence of our cakes.

Shipping Details:

Cakes are shipped frozen, accompanied by dry ice or ice packs to preserve their pristine condition, though they may partially thaw during transit.

For your safety, please do not handle dry ice with bare hands.

Storage Instructions:

  • Upon receiving your cake, store it in the refrigerator if you plan to enjoy it within 5 days, or freeze it to extend its freshness for up to 4 months.

Serving Instructions:

  • To Enjoy Your Cake:
  • If frozen, remove the cake from its packaging and allow it to thaw at room temperature before serving.
  • Drizzle the included icing over the cake to add the perfect finishing touch.
