How long do The Bundt Shoppe’s cakes stay fresh?


Our Bundt cakes maintain their fresh, moist texture for up to 3 days at room temperature, provided they are kept well-covered and away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. For longer storage, you can refrigerate your cake for up to 2 weeks or freeze it for up to 1 year. If refrigerated, please allow the cake to sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving to enjoy its optimal flavor and texture.

Can you freeze Bundt cakes?

Yes Store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks  or freeze it to extend its freshness for up to 4 months. Please make sure to store your cake wrapped. 

When will my order ship?

We ship orders from Monday through Thursday to ensure your cakes arrive fresh and aren’t delayed over the weekend. Our daily cutoff time is 11:00 AM EST. Orders placed before 11:00 AM Monday to Wednesday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on Thursday will ship on the next available business day. We do not ship on Fridays, weekends, or holidays to preserve the quality of our cakes.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery within select areas of [Insert Local Region]. Delivery fees start at $15 depending on your location, with service available Monday through Saturday. The minimum order for delivery is $30. To schedule a delivery, please contact us at [Insert Email or Phone Number].

Can I shop to a P.O. Box?

Currently, we only ship to physical addresses within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses at this time.

Do you offer International shipping?

We are currently only shipping within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Do you offer cakes for special dietary restrictions?

At this time, we offer cakes that are gluten-free. Our non gluten-free cakes contain eggs, milk, and wheat, and some flavors may include nuts. Please be aware that our facility processes peanuts, tree nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans), and coconut. Please note we are not a gluten-free facility, we take every precaution when we bake our gluten-free cakes but some cross contamination may occur.

What's the best way to store my cake?

To preserve the cake's perfect texture, keep it tightly covered at room temperature for up to 3 days. If you need to store it for longer, refrigerate it and bring it to room temperature before serving. Cakes can also be frozen for up to one year; wrap them in plastic wrap and place them in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.

Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

We understand that plans change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

what is your refund/return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, The Bundt Shoppe does not accept returns. Under certain circumstances, and on a case-by-case basis, The Bundt Shoppe will offer a credit or re-order. If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 day of when your package was received.  For damage claims, we require pictures of the external shipping box and the damaged product.  We will make every effort to make sure that you have

We cannot refund or be responsible for delayed or undelivered
cakes due to incomplete or incorrect information provided to us.  Please make sure that you have provided the correct address (apartment #, street #, type of street (Ave., Blvd., St., Rd., etc and zip code) to avoid this problem.  We cannot refund or be responsible for undelivered cakes or delays in the receipt of your order due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We cannot refund or be responsible for undelivered cakes due to the absence of a gift recipient.
