DOMESTIC DELIVERY SERVICE

• Carrier: We partner with reputable third-party carriers for nationwide delivery across the United States.
• Address Restrictions: Delivery is limited to physical addresses; unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.

Shipping Options & Costs

• Selection: Available shipping options are listed in the shopping cart on our website.
• Pricing: Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of cakes ordered, the destination address, and the selected delivery method.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

• Operational Days: We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays if orders are place by 11am.
• Exclusions: No shipments are made on Fridays, weekends, or during public holidays.
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on shipping days will be dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next available day.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Changes & Cancellations: No modifications can be made after an order has been shipped.

PROCESSING TIMES

• Volume Impact: High-demand periods may affect processing times. For time-sensitive orders, please contact us in advance.

DELIVERY ACCURACY

• Responsibility: The Bundt Shoppe is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
• Additional Charges: Returned shipments or those needing
  rerouting due to address inaccuracies will incur extra charges for reshipment or relabeling.

LATE DELIVERIES

• Shipping Charges: We do not refund shipping fees for late arrivals due to the recipient's unavailability or business closures.
• Signature Requirement: Shipments may require a signature based on the carrier driver's discretion.

WEATHER & UNFORSEEN DELAYS

• Considerations: Estimated delivery dates do not account for unexpected weather conditions or other delays.

PRODUCT PACKAGING & QUALITY

• Packaging: Our cakes are encased in plastic wrap,
  nestled within a cooling pack, and secured with dry ice to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
  
• Transit Damage: While we take utmost care in packaging, minor cracking or breakage during transport is possible but does not affect the overall taste or quality of our cakes.
