Domestic Delivery Service

• Address Restrictions: Delivery is limited to physical addresses; unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.

• Pricing: Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of cakes ordered, the destination address, and the selected delivery method.

Shipping Schedule

• Operational Days: We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays.
• Exclusions: No shipments are made on Fridays, weekends, or during public holidays.
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on shipping days will be dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next available day.

Order Modifications

• Changes & Cancellations: No modifications can be made after an order has been shipped.

• Packaging: Our cakes are encased in plastic wrap, nestled within a cooling pack, and secured with dry ice to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
• Transit Damage: While we take utmost care in packaging, minor cracking or breakage during transport is possible but does not affect the overall taste or quality of our cakes.
