Beyond this window, we're unable to process refunds, as your order will likely have been processed. However, there's a silver lining – you'll still receive your cake! Should the cake not meet your expectations, we're happy to provide a store credit, though refunds are not available unless the cake is returned to one of our locations within 24 hours.
