  • Cakes arrive Shrink wrapped in our custom branded box.
  • Cakes come with a bottle of our freshly homemade Buttercream icing to drizzle over the cake.
  • Bundt cakes ship at ambient temperature and arrive ready to eat! 
  • Cakes may feel warm or cool to the touch upon arrival, depending on transit temperatures and weather.
  • Upon arrival, place cake in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
  • Please note: cakes do not come frosted or iced.

INSTRUCTIONS/STORAGE

  • Bundt cakes are baked to order and arrive fresh and moist.
  • Upon arrival, place cake in the refrigerator or in the freezer. Cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 year.
  • Cakes arrive with a frosting bottle To serve, drizzle the icing over the cake and enjoy!

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We take great pride in our commitment to ship on time. Our team works diligently to ensure that every order is processed promptly and efficiently.

  • We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays.
  • If you order is placed on Wednesday after 11am, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • We use express 2 day shipping. It will take 2 full days for your order to arrive.
  • Exclusions: No shipments are made on Thursday, Fridays, weekends, or during public holidays.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on shipping days will be dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next available shipping day.

Our cakes are shipped fresh and shrink wrapped, accompanied by a bottle of frosting on the side. Detailed instructions are included to guide you through the frosting process for your cake.

*Cakes do not arrive already frosted.
