Cakes arrive Shrink wrapped in our custom branded box.
Cakes come with a bottle of our freshly homemade Buttercream icing to drizzle over the cake.
Bundt cakes ship at ambient temperature and arrive ready to eat!
Cakes may feel warm or cool to the touch upon arrival, depending on transit temperatures and weather.

Upon arrival, place cake in the refrigerator or in the freezer. Cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 year.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We take great pride in our commitment to ship on time. Our team works diligently to ensure that every order is processed promptly and efficiently.

We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays.
If you order is placed on Wednesday after 11am, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
We use express 2 day shipping. It will take 2 full days for your order to arrive.
Exclusions: No shipments are made on Thursday, Fridays, weekends, or during public holidays.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on shipping days will be dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next available shipping day.

Our cakes are shipped fresh and shrink wrapped, accompanied by a bottle of frosting on the side. Detailed instructions are included to guide you through the frosting process for your cake.
