We Ship our cakes Monday-Thursday and only provide 2 day shipping.

Given the delicate nature of our creations, The Bundt Shoppe does not accept returns. In certain scenarios, with careful consideration, we might offer a credit or arrange for a re-order. Should the cake not meet your expectations, we're happy to provide a store credit, though refunds are not available unless you receive the cake damaged.

Our cakes are shipped frozen and shrink wrapped, accompanied by a bottle of frosting on the side. Detailed instructions are included to guide you through the frosting process for your cake.
